Payment and Pricing Policy
Under normal conditions, if an order is not paid within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order. Please, note that we only accept the current pricing at the time of purchase and reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. If a customer chooses to pay using an outdated price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers are advised to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order. We do not accept requests for order cancellations or item returns unless the item received differs from the one listed on the invoice. Requests for incorrect item refunds will not be accepted if submitted more than 7 days after the item was received. To process a return request, please provide your order number, details of the product, an image of the incorrect item, and a copy of your order invoice. We will assess your case and notify you if the item is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. If the item cannot be replaced, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
